I have come to the realization that, even though equipment was returned, I am still lacking in favor from the people on LS, and when I eventually die, as we all do, I'm probably going to be getting back 22% abs and a weapon that I'm not even practiced in. I fully expect it, just because the people on LS apparently hate me for taking trinkets.
Take for example this:
At any rate, this post is to stop the further reproduction of this attitude and behavior. I did not intentionally start this, and if I had thought about it at the time, I would have returned the trinkets as well. If you carry the behavior down lines of people dying, you'll eventually see that the trend of not returning will continue until, like last mud, people begin to chest equipment, put it on storage, equip their alts with it, instead of giving it back.yes you have no idea what i plan to do when i get a hold of osis' balls. i'm going to take all his dodge trinkets and wear them myself just because they make me look pretty(which i assume is why he takes them.)
Heres a nifty little illustration:
Point of infraction:
1. Osis takes trinkets from newbie's backpack
|
2. LS kills Osis, takes full set.
|
3. Human dies to Osis, full set is taken, or
Human kills trolloc, decides he likes keeping full set, does not return.
|
4. Less and less equipment returned as both sides store equipment, chest it as clans are implemented, or keep it out of bitterness and spite.
|
5. Nobody returns equipment, pk becomes less fun.
At any rate, this is a decision that has to be made by the mud. I, personally, am going to give the trinkets way, in an attempt to stem this mishap. If you, LS, really feel that the return of my equipment is unnecessary, so be it. I can accept that if it means that the rest of you will continue to return.
And Trin, either don't insult me, or insult me in a grammatically correct way. I assume you've been to school, so attempt to use the lessons they taught you.
I ask that you people stick to the topic presented, and not discuss the specifics, correctness, or generalities behind the courses of events prior to this post.
