A private man stands nearby, seeming to lurk in the shadows. Though his body is nearly completely clothed, the small patches of skin which are visible reveal his olive complexion. Peeking from behind the hood drawn close around his head are dark hairs, which help conceal his piercing black black ...

Descriptions
I would request that descriptions not be so limited as they are. Thank you for your considerations.

Regulations
Could there be some regulations set for threads like Far Allein/Shar etcetera? It's a bit pointless to RP when others can slander a post with whatever, ruining the intent.

A Small Leaflet
A small leaflet lies on the ground in Caemlyn Plaza
Dear citizens of Andor,
No longer should you walk carefree through the streets of Caemlyn, or travel the filthy roads of Andor unarmed. For the Niende'nei have made residence in the south, and wish to...cause a disturbance in order to enforce ...

In my experience with precise strike, I noticed that (at least when fighting an abs user) it is not really much of use as compared to getting the two hits from a successful 'attack' hit. Perhaps an increase in pstrike damage would be useful, as well as limiting the skill to short blades only. These ...

How about shortening stab timer? Seems to me that, especially with the addition of channelers, stab has become nearly obsolete since a simple air scythe can botch one. Also, I have noticed in quite a few pk logs that bashers can just spam bash at a patty and with 99% notice, bash any thief who is ...

I've been pushing for this for years, modify kick to stop targets actions but increase % chance of landing vs increased def so absers don't get nurfed. This would be perfect for thieves vs channies and thieves vs dodge bashers. The landing rate would have to be lowered a bit to balance it.

Yeah you're right Froiisa. I guess I was just going out on a random idea that doesn't even really make sense in the first place. I like the idea of the item loading on a smob/being norent better than having to buy it. I don't know about anyone else, but I am pretty much poor on all of my characters.

Human Thieves
Does anyone agree with me proposing allowing human thieves free notice? Since the thief class in general spends a relative majority of the time off of a horse(trying for stabs, etc.) allowing human thieves free notice would be something nice to balance.

Yeah. The full timer could possibly be 13 pulses long--after the third pulse you can attempt to launch your attack(stabbing before third pulse would return some sort of message entailing you were not ready). Each pulse of the timer will allow a larger percentage of the weapon's stab damage to be ...
