was this mob removed from the game? i can't seem to find him either south of caemlyn or even in the statting zone s of lugard.

if your talking about the skill reset guy, he is in 4k, inside luggard, and at the fd pracs.....if you are talking about the scalp guy they roam around, but i think they are broken so may of been taken out of the game.

nah, this is the mob you can give coyote scalps to, or deer scalps to, for more exp.
