charge and skewer

with the upping of charge and skewer the ability to start one of these while engaged should be removed, stab is much longer and can not be started on an engaged person so why are these allowed? I watched Edwin charge to death 3 skilled, err 2 skilled people and one other with this ability.

The ability to spam charge while engaged is not a skill, so don't fool yourself!

Seriously how is this skill supposed to be balanced or balance pk, if I flee from a gankage or even a basher who can charge or is with another which can charge then I better have 100% zone knowledge and I better have enough zone knowledge not to reenter their room. If anyone says this shit is balanced is completely biased, You can't have a stabber start a stab on someone which they are engaged on and have that person reenter to get stabbed, you cant have a basher start a bash on someone and have them reenter their room to eat 200+ hps of dmg.
