Cloaks of the Shadowspawn are not to be worn in the Borderlands. Anyone caught in possession of cloaks marked with the sigil of a trolloc clan will have one and only one chance to turn it in. Failure to comply will result in banishment, a warrant for your arrest, or death.

Cloaks of the Borderguard are also not to be worn by anyone who is not currently a member of the Borderguards. These are to be turned in or handed over directly to a Borderguard. Once again, failure to do so will result in punishment.

In addition, fighting another human without specific permission from the Borderguards, in any of the lands north of Fal Moran, is outlawed. Keep your petty squabbles in the southlands where they belong.

Abide by these laws or face the consequences. You have been warned
