Took me a while before i came across a solo trolloc to demonstrate this.

Highly abusable, lot of people thinking of it I'm sure from seeing the humor log of shrek's.

Just to display how overpowered and easily abusable this is I made a log.

kill dark

*Borrax* sends you sprawling with a powerful bash!
*Borrax* barely slashes you.

*Borrax* makes a strange sound but is suddenly very silent as you place a short dagger in his back.
*Borrax* grimaces in pain.
You receive some experience points.
The Wheel weaves around you more tightly.
Your blood freezes as you hear *Borrax*'s death cry.
*Borrax* is dead! R.I.P.

No stab practices at all.
We all know how bad sleep stabbers are in that other place, others talking about making sleep stabbers, thought I'd point out how stupid it is and nip it in the bud before we get lots more noryas.

PS. sorry to borrax, needed an example.

I was once able to get the ability to channel disabled because of bash/sleepstab. It ranks up there with rescuestab as one of the greatest loopholes ever!

hrm make it so you can't sleep bashed opponnent and make is so you can't sleep when engage are the two big things about sleep weave.

and when i said time to make a sleep stabber i meant with stab practiced and stuff!

I added in a fix for this. Sleep should no longer be a garunteed stab.

how much skill is needed to sneak up against someone sleeping and slit there throat , none... so why should any skills be used? and i thought they made sleeptimer long enough to be able to stand up and leave or engage if your bashed

How many Aes Sedai does it take to slay a horde of trollocs?

you're right, Raiden, and also I would admit that the stab weave is difficult to get off in the first place (if you don't bash), but I think this is an area we need to focus more on gameplay than on realism.

well id say that to keep a bit of realisim you should be able to land 1/4 stabs on a sleeping target or maybe 1/5 with nothing practised? and players with the skills should be able to land 99/100

I dunno if anyone else mentioned it, I only really only briefly read each reply but the fact that you can bash someone flee and come back to pull off a sleep shows that either the sleep timer is too short or people stay bashed for too long. Also from other logs ive seen where people stay bashed for like 3 rounds shows that it could be that being bashed lasts too long.
