To be completely honest im not sure when this happened i just have it logged in my ksmud.txt file. Thought I would let someone know. (It may have already been fixed even.)

Overlooking Tarwin's Gap
Climbing out of Tarwin's Gap, the slope of the path is very steep to the south,
but seems to decrease somewhat to the north. To the south, a narrow passage
can be viewed between the Mountains of Dhoom, through what would be called a
valley if not for the fact that the elevation here is much higher than the
surrounding lands. To the north, the view is no longer blocked by the
elevating, rocky path, but instead is covered in a hazy mist, this close to the
Blight.
