Gate and more

As of next reboot, the following changes will be active:

• -Gate will be trainable by everyone again. However, the timer will be based upon the caster's rank.
  -Tells can now be sent to other players while dead.
  -Fear has been reworked.
  -Dodge is now slightly more effective against bash.
