Perhaps because of the severe lag issues, bash is acting very strangely.
A bashed person will be unable to hit either 2, 3, or 4 rounds after being bashed, depending on timing. Maybe because the lag is slowing things down, I've been able to time things a certain way, but I don't know.
I've reproduced it a bunch of times earlier today, but unfortunately, my logs got fubared.
Bash
I feel that bash is a bit overpowered at the moment, and my suggestion for a fix would be the reduction of the bash damage multiplier..
As it stands now, it doesn't make a difference if you're in dodge or abs, you are most likely going to get fragged while bashed, add even one more person on you during that bash round and you're pretty much taken out of the fight on 1 or 2 bashes.

When the mud lags real hard as it has been doing lately, you will normally get three round bashes. Bash is not overpowered right now and the only place you are gonna get fragged in GOOD abs i.e:50% and above or so, is the BELT or your HEAD. Prolly on your shoulders as well. It all just comes down to where you get hit with certain weapons not bash multiplier being to uber as it is not.

Just because you are fragged in full ABS does not mean that the % shown on your stat is incorrect. It simply means you are being hit where a piece of armor has less ABS than the average shown when you hit stat. Just as when you are hit on another body part that absorbs more than what is shown on the stat command, you are lucky.
That's what an average is, guys.
Anyhow, I've played both ABS and dodgers and have to say I think it is fairly balanced as it is right now. Bash, if anything, is out of whack in the way Grond explained.
