mobs and their aggro-ness

Post by Phantasm »

So I was PKing with Matador in FD today, doing my usual thiefly sneakage, and I noticed the mobs hitting me really, really fast. I checked, and yup, I had sneak on - but every room I entered I was getting insta-aggroed in. I don't know if it's the same in GK, for humans, since I don't play LS, but has anyone else noticed this, on either side? I feel like if you're a thief, you should be able to *sneak* past mobs a little easier than if you were a warrior, and the way I was getting hit, it seems as though their notice is so high as to make it very comparable to being a warrior.
I mean, come on, thieves are useless, throw us a bone here :P

So - has anyone else noticed mob notice being a little too uber ?

Who cares about mob notice, mobs have been aggroing really fast lately. It's quite ridiculous really!

I came up with a solution to mobs insta agroeing but it might be to much work for Galnor, rather than having all mobs agroe at the same speed, give higher end mobs a fast reaction time and other mobs a slower reaction depending on their level.

If I'm not mistaken pulse would have to be changed making it level dependent.
