How do you save your equipment? is it possible?

If you go to an inn, inside of a city, and type 'rent', you will automatically exit the game and your equipment will be saved.

If you aren't able to make it to an inn, you can drop your link, and you will eventually idle out of the game, and your equipment will be saved. However, if someone comes by and kills you before you idle out, you would lose your equipment, so make sure you are in a safe location if you do this!
