adding rooms

I'd like to have some rooms and new clan mobs added to the clan area, would it be possible to quest for this or have the clan collectively pool qps for the change? say x amount of qps per room and mob? The qp pool would be strictly voluntary.

It would be very awesome to have a clan zone or mini zone.

I've actually been working on adding new clan rooms for every one of the clans, it's just the fact of zones being full so I'll have to see about shifting rooms and and whatnot. It should be finished soon.
