yeah, in my experience you need a lot of cover tracks for it to work, Trin. I have 86ish and it works fairly well for me.

Trin, it takes soo freaking long for the timer to run from room to room, it doesn't matter if your human or trolloc, you'll have full mvs every tick

The only real point I see in this is slowly hitting a smob in unsafe zones, or setting traps etc.

Otherwise it's not needed.

86%+ works fairly well
