New FD

I kind of miss new fd, the zone wasn't well layed out to be a focal point for pk but as a ctf is was very fun. What if it was renamed, placed somewhere neutral, and at least one or two zones from main pk routes such as east of stedding or east and south of stedding, around the bat, lions, and vine mobs?
