Clan Leader Abilities

The following people can now clan/rank people in their clan:

Lamgwin---Valon
Chase---Borderguards
Guerrero---Queen's Guards
Lithium---Ko'bal
Cannibal-Dhjin'nen

While on the topic of clans, I would like a tally of people which would be interested in joining Murandian Cavalry if it were reopened. Keep in mind the feud with Andor. I'm hoping reopening the Cavalry will draw some more lightside players to log on and play. Thanks
