Restat command.

I was hoping we could get a restat command so we don't have to quit out and recreate a new character every time we want to stat with the same name, or even a different name. I'm not sure if this is a coding issue or some mobol, but i'd appreciate it if one of the staff level imms could give a response on this. Thanks.
