To whomever is concerned,
I have been thinking. I'd like the casual mudding experience back that I used to get from kinslayer because frankly i don't have the time or patience any more to get into extreme hardcore gaming that most games take these days.
To bring up an old issue that is one of the reasons this mud is no longer the casual gameplay it used to be, I'd like to bring up smobs. People do not play this game because smobs take too much time, effort, and people to accomplish.

It takes up too much time because you must hit a lot of smobs to get something decent. You will most likely not find what you want the first time around so even if your whole group doesn't leave it's going to take a few hours at the least to get that one good piece of equipment. I went around today and looked at every smob I could think of to see it's current load. It took me over an hour to look at all these smobs. It would take someone several hours to hit these smobs, not to mention warrants from cities because I looked at city mobs as well. I will post them at the bottom of this post.
It takes too much effort because smobbing is boring. If you are going to hit in a city you mus be very careful as well as very lucky and usually some people to certain smobs no matter how safe you are. Smobs such as yurian and dreadlord are what I speak of. A smob group can be completely destroyed if hitting inside a city which makes city raiding a lot of effort. Just looking at dreadlord and murash got me to battered.
We have a lack of something very obvious: people. So noone wants to smob or get good equipment so it's impossible to get good equipment to pk which makes people not want to play. If there was a way to smob without anyone else around people would grab on to it. And I odn't think npcs to help smob is the answer here. It's just an easy solution to a bad problem and the bad problem needs to be fixed.

As you can see from my research there seems to be a lack of good dodge trinkets around. Yes I know there were some dodge trinkets that I saw but they either sucked or gave complete pb and not db and dodgers truly want dodge trinkets. There seems to be a good amount of abs mostly gotten from inside cities. as well as good spears and bashing weapons. And to be honest there were some bashign weapons I wouldn't have picked up that could probably tear up the best dodge set I would have gotten if I had smobbed all these smobs and used the dodge I had retrieved.

This information took me a long time to gather so please, if there are any immortals that still care and want to make a difference. Can you do something about this?

Silver broach cloak is pretty good I believe.

I see what you mean. All the top dodge trinks (gold rings, gold earrings, heavy gold necklaces, and golden armlet) were gotten from people killing Dreadlord. He doesnt load as well as he used to (when he had atleast 2 top trinks per load). I think make dreadlord/Easar/Murash load the best weapons, and have the trinkets spread out over all the smobs. No need to have Dreadlord be the only smob to hit like it used to be. Before Dreadlord people just farmed Yurian for his gold shield and trinks load too.
