No imms a bug?

Is it a bug that everytime I log on there are no imms on for that darn reimbursement, or at least to see if I qualify? Should have internet at home again real shortly, within a week or so and was hoping to get back into kinslayer. But I think it is a bug that no imms hang around.

at least you didn't make a character for a reimbursement, come across some rare eq, then all of a sudden get deleted like I did

Galnor and Ravir are the only two with access to the old playerfile database, so ya gotta wait for them.
