Escaped Damane mobs

I've been running around Kinslayer again recently and learning all the new changes etc, and I keep coming across these Damane mobs that load keys. I've noticed they give hints upon death, and I was wondering whether this was some leftover of a ques, or whether I'll actually be able to find a Smob still in the game?

You are correct, those mobs are left over from a quest area that was removed several months ago because it was buggy. I don't know if there are any plans to bring it back.
