Several of my neighbors complained to the local police department that people were blowing through the 4-way stop sign leaving my neighborhood. The police responded by assigning a squad car to observe that stop in the mornings.
Thursday: My roommate blows through the stop sign at 5:30 am en route to work, gets pulled over, and is issued a ticket.
Friday: My roommate again, blows through the stop sign on his way to work, gets pulled over by the same cop, and is issued another ticket.
Yesteday: My roommate stops at the stop sign, looks at the cops, waves at him like a douchebag, then makes his left turn on his way to work. The cops pulls him over for failing to signal.

This happened to me once except I got pulled over for not having a seat belt on. FTP.

No seatbelt is a secondary offense here in CO, you can't be pulled over for it, but if you are not wearing it when you get pulled over its an additional ticket.
