Leave it, add decay, and have wps creation instead of the current base pool. Atm it's just 20% switch between killer and killed. Should be 20% + 5-10 wps added to killer or something.

Fogel has crutched this issue by turning on a WPS multiplier of 1.1, so you will now get over 20% of the victims wps, at a cost of only 20% to the victim.

Though I do believe a wps wipe is probably overdue. It's not a punishment to a player that doesn't play. If anything, it will encourage activity because the legends list will be up for grabs.
