15 feat points = a room with a chest 5 pieces max.

or feat points = retool weapons/gear to whatever names you want

I say since feat points looks mainly PK driven to get them awarded, make them PK oriented. Impliment moves vials that are buyable with feat points (2 feat points = vial), or a certain amount of feat points (6 feat points = +15 ob for duration of login).

Make it to where you can buy improved regen for duration of a login, improved damage, improved ob, etc. Maybe allow a mob lead. Get creative.

Moves vials are already available for sale and obtainable through mixing. I like the other ideas though.

Id say allow them when there is no enemy player above 30 within 2-3 zones.

sounds good to me, except you can't direct where a raid goes, so there'd have to be something changed there, either allow players to select where their raid will hit or code raids to hit cities where there are no PCs
