I was thinking of ways to make ranger practices(as in a ranger class which are usually dodge/bash) more affordable(as now it just stinks unless you get to level 50) I have come up with two solutions.
1) make it so there is no ride req. for bash
2) make more 2h parry weapons(i know people say they are in game but i have checked and checked and only one in game is maplewood and if they are in game they are either very well hidden, very hard to get, or very weak making it pointless to go 2h parry weapon)
I shiver at the thought of trying to be a dodge, spear, charge, basher
ranger practices
I've been thinking on the same subject Trin, warriors get good pracs via con, thieves via dex, but rangers via int, that means a ranger has to have good mentals which is how a channies is ideally supposed to be. If rangers could automatically get good ranger pracs they would be a little more playable.
I would love to see rangers be unique, autotrack if we ever get a balanced autotrack, something that makes them stand apart from the other classes besides being the class that just sucks
while I'm on the subject I would love to see autotrack reimped, but it would have to be more along the lines of wot's, every tic the most recents would go below the other most recents, and even a ranger sneak would be awesome which would hide tracks, but actually placing them to the bottm of all other tracks, this would make getting more that lvl 1 track a necessity.
