Because Ciarra Sedai told me it was his master weapon, but i was able to wield it after we killed him...

You can wield other people's master weapons, you just can't rent with them.

I'm about 90% positive you can't wield other people's masters. I have tried.

yeah i swear your not meant to be able to. im fairly sure i've tried before it says your not skilled enough to use that or something like that

Looks like that's only the case for the master weapons of remorts.
