Issue warhorse for CoL

I recently joined CoL and as far as I know we can only issue a warhorse at the paddy north of Lugard. It would be nice to issue a horse in all alley city stables or at least Fal Dara, it would make joining north pk slightly easier. Perhaps issue at other paddies to? I also am wondering when the clan will be made official, a clan room and chest would be nice?

You can now also issue them at the CoL patrol north of Tar Valon.

Thanks fogel, any plans for any other patrols maybe something up north around gap so the Children can better fight the dark? Or anywhere really?

Cain: right now there aren't any plans, but I might take a look and try to find an acceptable place for one in the near future.
