Could this be given a set number of charges? Some of these are very overpowering, and being able to use them forever is ridiculous. I'd much rather see these having a strategic use, instead of constantly giving people ridiculous movement regen, or whatever other effects they have.

They do have a chance to break with each use, so there can't be that many in use at a time anyway.
