Yea since I totally sucked up to imms. Just because I didn't cheat and scam my way to what I have accomplished doesn't mean I suck up. The reason you probably did not get a statue is because you were insignificant in terms of the mud until recently when you suddenly became a fade/dl and when your experience allowed you to make up for a significant lack of pk skills/common sense.

To whoever started this, it seems the true answer is to suck up to imms, like I did to get one of Clark. In reality though, it seems the statutes were made for older players who were generally well liked, who contributed to the mud in some way, who played for prolonged periods of time without ragequiting often, and who rarely caused problems.
