Weapons too heavy

I dont know if this is a bug, but its the most annoying ****ing thing in the world. Stating a warrior(random stats) if i die while leveling to 5, i cant wield my weapon anymore cause its too heavy(heavy lance of Polished silver)

Then i have to eather remake or find the trainer to reset my pracs for a different weapon.

yeah, stats before lvl 5 need to be 19 str
