Beneath a Vine Covered Wall
A high wall climbs three spans into the air, capped with large iron spikes.
Blighted foliage grows right up to the edge of the wall, staining it with
splotches of red, yellow, and black. Long thorned vines grow up to nearly the
top of the wall, so many that it covers entire sections. To the west a massive
gate seemingly made of bone rises out of the forest. A decaying blighted
forest grows southwardly.

A bow of light wood sits here.
A pair well worn shoes lie here.
A curving shield of silver sits here, shining brightly.

Not sure if this is a bug or not but it seemed off.

That is a vault room, meaning the contents of the room save over reboots. Looks like someone dropped a whole bunch of stuff there and it has just piled up.
