Narrate while statting

Could this get changed to like lvl 1-2? I like to talk while I stat, and since the narrate is now at lvl 5, it makes statting a pain! (Statting on this mud rocks compared to wot though!)

restat command should not kill ones ability to narrate, nonar makes statting seriously suck.
