Masters and crashes

If you issue your master, and the mud crashes
and you didn't save
you come back into the mud
masterless and with eight less qps.

Simple fix, force save when issued, incase someone fixes this before I get a chance.

I'd also suggest removing the delay between returning a master and receiving the qps back, I already lost qps from renting before the qps were reimbursed.

You will now be forced to save every time you issue or turn in a master weapon or clan cloak. The quest point change has also been moved to immediately after the object is given or received.
