So why is garrison now pickable?

Why was it changed after several years and the change was not posted?

Since garrison is now pickable does this mean dump is now pickable as well?

Stop over reacting. Obvisouly this is not on purpose. This is when you post on bugs and loop holes. Thats how things get fixed, not accusing IMMS of conspiring against the players.
