how is it fair that the queen's guard's chest can be looted from a mob raid?

Several clan chest can be looted that way. I believe all of them can be looted using Rams.

Once Caemlyn's inner city is finished this will be fixed.

But Rhollor's right, anyone could bust into any clan room and loot their 3 pieces with a battering ram.

how hard is it to get a battering ram, and how difficult is it to break into a clan area?

To my knowledge they only load on mobs that are briefly part of raids. And its not too hard once you have a ram, permitting it doesnt break.

With 16 strength, 1 full ram rarely can break through a clan door.
