Targeting Wanted

I have imped the ability to target "wanted." This works like:
I am a Queen's Guard - I see a Murandian Cav that is wanted named Joe...

k wanted
You try to hit Joe but fail!

This works for most aggressive commands (Excluding channeling, and possibly bow commands).
