Scouting for GK

FD's scouts report back to Agelmar and then the old man yell's for everyone FD to hear who etc is on the scout.

Could this please be implemented for trolloc spies? It takes me forever to run to woodengate, then run inside and yell at the trollocs, and then run back out, grab my horse as I had to dismount etc.

And I'm still technically 4-5 zones from neutral territory, and the pony doesn't run that far

So could trollocs please get the system imped?

What do ya'll think?

Agelmar has scout, Murash has spies. I think its a good idea.
