bash parry

After bashing I couldn't hit anyone using either a spear or a staff who had good def

basicly, can't seem to hit anyone bashed with over a certain amount of parry, didn't test too long with Zarth, but in that short space of time I didn't manage to land a hit after bashing.

with 1 person yes. this is kind of screwed up. though the fact you can actually bash her 6 times with an emerald is screwed up as well.

the only way i see how you can fix this without fucking up defense is, for every pb and depending on eqe you recieve a certain range of parry. lets say my parry is 180. So my range would be somewhere between 140-180
When bashed the mud would roll a parry for me somewhere inbetween 140-180.

I don't see this being a huge problem after the eq wipe.
