Clan door bug abuse

Somehow Growler, Eltargrim and Borrax found a way to open the clan room in the White Tower, and killed me in there today...

Smart Eltargrim had the bright idea to kill sheriam and take her key, of course this idea was flawed in the bug that the key couldn't be taken from her corpse and we were then screwed stuck in a locked door we couldn't open on the other mobs when klara and raedin showed up and killed us all and took our nice full sets, tainted blacksword and obsidian dagger.

Ah so then Klara is the hypocrit. Thats too sad that you couldn't get out. You should be able to dismiss from a clanroom regardless of race, and the ones like BG and Kobal where it won't let you just because you are not in clan should also be changed. I think it would be a cool idea too to make it so that you can only take stuff from chest if you are in that clan. In case something screwy happens.

It is not a bug. It is just the builders overlooking of there being a key to the door, or that one can get in, unless you just went in and they spammed in after you. Either way, you should talk to an imm instead of moaning on bugs forum. Al'ghol clandoor had a key somewhere for awhile, but it has been fixed. And you should only talk to an imm if they did it on purpose, knowingly of what would happen - if you take a key and open a clandoor to get in where you shouldn't supposed to..

I seriously don't see why you are complaining though, if you killed them all and got a farking unique sword?

Btw the door wasnt locking from the outside some how, but I fixed it so no more problem.

like rhollor said door's supposed to lock all clan room doors are. if not people would go in and loot chests take keys so that they can go in there whenever they want to loot chests kill afk clan people.
