WTF?!?!?!?!?!?! Why the hell did koradin quit???? was there anything in the forums that i missed about it? omg........that's actually upsetting he was an excellent IMM
Over time a lot of his ideas have been yanked, like raids and passive shot. Players complained that he always came up with stuff ...

Re: where tha heck
I've been asking myself that question since late June:
Why on earth would fluid PK w/ often more than 8 particpants degenerate into occasional stragglers appearing for 1 second visits from one week to the next? Was it the loss of Koradin and his trades? Changes to dodge or bash? The full looting ...

Re: sblades and stab
I think landing % depends on your sblade and your pracs in backstab.
Re: Mob raids
So did you read my post or just have the same desire to wreak havok on enemy cities? :p
Please put them back. Was a great part of my first week. And we can have projectiles again.

Dual sheath?
You see nothing special..
When you look inside, you see:
cloak (used):
an obsidian throwing knife
a sharp, sleek-edged poniard
The other odd thing is I lost the throwing knife 2 days ago.

Projectiles
I know smithing is in the works, but for us rogues w/o projectile ammo this has been a long dry spell for the projectiles skill.
I remember Aiel raids using mobs that dished out projectiles in various forms. Would it be possible to reimp Aiel raids for a few days, maybe a week?

Re: Who killed dodge?
My issue is that full dodge isn't dodging. I leave it up to Fogel to determine if that's due to Raiden himself, his master, or whatever for the log snippet I put in . But as a whole its just not me or my log that started this thread. Many people have noticed that bash is very powerful and kills ...

Re: So hiddens are not 1.human?
I'm starting to like how notice works on here. However, why would it let you start the timer and then let you fail it at the end? That's going to cause the death of many a stabber simply cause you can't adapt to the notice failing. You can start the timer but not finish it...

Re: So hiddens are not 1.human?
Btw not a pdw as I'm not mad or anything. I am bound to die sometime or another, but I can't pk properly if I think that 1.human is a hidden but something like faceoff or group lead throws that off. I have 93% notice and am guessing that's the reason for this particular Cammori-style blickage.

Re: slowing the mud down
Its just because it is summer. Plus at one point any weapon other than a master or rare was worthless vs dodge a while back. (See any abs weapon). New quests help but theres also a new one out and I doubt anyones even tried it.

Re: slowing the mud down
I've been wondering myself where the big group smash pk from May/June went. July has been the pk Sahara. I haven't responded because I honestly don't have any constructive opinions about the problem of player numbers, except to say that some as well as myself may have things come up irl that ...

Re: Who killed dodge?
I have no problem with master bonuses, but if a spear master is doing this, I don't want to think about one based off of steel bound club! I thought dodge weapons with instakill abilities (aka spears/lances) were supposed to be balanced by lower weight, def and/or ob. I've had mahogany lance bounce ...

Re: Who killed dodge?
Without some melee capabilities vs defense this char relies entirely on stab/mobs. Shield block was actually the only way I could melee-hit someone in combo or defense normally. Not so great when it comes to a group fight, but then I have been able to stab numbers down in the past.

Re: flee bug..
If he closed the door, that lets there be the possibility of a failed flee, which according to Fogel is the only way. Otherwise, its just timered I believe.

Re: Who killed dodge?
Dodgers never want bash uppped and being hit through defense is not a bash issue but an issue of Fogel imping the 5% thing.

Re: Who killed dodge?
Well its also the issue of having certain op weapons toss dodge aside like a wet rag. It should take 20 game rounds for the 5% to hit through, right? I'm seeing a lot more frequent hits than that.

Re: Who killed dodge?
I think the point is that people who play dodge currently don't think bash needs to be upped at all. I get fragged unbashed anyway...
