The real solution(I've certainly heard many complaints about dodge), is to just lower all OB on weapons in the game.
Lowering OB versus PC's might help with hitting dodge, but most mobs in Blight cannot be hit at all. The nice xp mobs have to be stabbed or bashed(were possible). My Trolloc ...
