This is an incomplete zMUD Map for KinslayerMUD. I'm still working on getting all of the zones, color-coding specific areas of interest (perma-dark rooms, prac mobs, mining related mobs, road rooms, tree sets, dts, etc.) and figuring out where zonelines are. I don't intend to place any door that requires more than Lvl 1 Search to find on the public map. I'd like to keep that FOFY. Can't take too much from the game. In the end, I'm really helping this map will help newcomers to the MUD.

I love this map, I have been trying to use zmud maps but I really struggle with it. I cant seem to overlay a room over the same room where zmud thinks it's two different rooms but its the same room.

ALso, I can't link those two rooms north of keep, sinkhole and the place that falls into it.

Updated some of the Swamp area (not too much since I keep freakin' dying and I haven't bothered to lvl an LS alt yet) and I'm pretty sure I've added FM and FD since my last Map. Also, I did a lot of things to Keep and Stronghold so people know EXACTLY where things are and what use they are. Includes prac trainers, the bank, the two dumps, the port mobs, all of the different mining related rooms, etc.

ereh i dont use the new mud is there any chance your able to upload like pictures of different areas? this might help the newer people too who have never played a mud

I plan on doing that AFTER I've finished mapping Light Side. I figure that's where most of the really new people will go first, so it's smarter to finish mapping that and then post some pictures. Things like the major cities with points of interest. My biggest problem so far is I'm completely new to LS and have to sort've learn as I go so I can teach others later on.

I don't seem to be able to get hold of a copy of the map. The link keeps taking me to a blog with a pony and a pink backdrop :p

Well that was all kinds of embarassing. I'll have to figure out a different way to create my blog.
