I would like to point out that Blight Scout is human friendly, and may even warrant humans who attack it. Skeleton knight would be more appropriate.

blight scout doesn't warrant. but the people one down of him do. this was made this way on purpose so humans could do that smob.

I think if you're keeping Hok'dar up there you should allow us to kill Ruzlian Travoan, Captain of the Whitebridge Militia too... Hok'dar is easy if you get into gatekeep, and Travoan isn't that easy but he's in Whitebridge too.
