I fought him near wb and died. Guy loots my gear gives it murash. I regear go keep fight him again. He gets a lowbie to help him who ends up dying he gets like wounded. Then Tey shows. I end up dying tower and all my gear looted again.

Returning gear isn't a rule, that's perfectly fine by them. Just repay the favor when they die

Fidaiyn has played here for a long time, long enough to know that taking people's gear and giving it to a mob is against the culture here.

i didnt know anything about the guy prior to this happening. i killed, went keep and then found out all this shiz was going down. im staying out of things. just letting you know i suggested returning and didnt know any of that had/was happening.

It's only a matter of time before I kill him. He will get no return when he dies to me. His death is inevitable. I haven't pked anyone here that I can't win against sometimes.

And, what he fails to mention, is that after he died, i stood at his corpse with loot in my inv, trying to tell him to answer and talk to me on globals, yet he kept attacking me, and when he still didnt get what he wanted, he threw a hissy fit like a child, attacked my mercs, looted them, so i stabbed him, he got away, i kept loot, finally 10 minutes later i got him to respond over globals, and he had nothing but nasty things to say

Was i in the right to keep his gear? No
Was he right to speak to someone (not just me) that way? No
Could the whole thing just been avoided? Yes

Sometimes a little communication goes a LONG way, just saying

And btw, If you're going to try and tell a sob story, tell the whole thing

Why would you stand at his corpse with his gear in your inventory though? That's not the norm, and sounds iffy as hell. You're going to keep people's gear unless they talk to you?
