Lugard's Fountain
The carved stone road passing through the center of this town widens, becoming
almost a circle. At the center of this place stands a large fountain, its not
very glamorous, but its something to look at. Small circles etched into the
stone around the fountain become larger ones as the distance increases.

A flowing fountain of stacked stones is lying here.
A tall wooden tower stands proudly in the corner of the square.
A bronze bell hangs inside the highest window of the tower.
Tiberius al'Verne the Swordbrother is standing here, riding a black warhorse.
A man with small tattoos on the insides of his thumbs stands here.
A rough looking man stands here with his arms crossed over his chest.
A young Murandy Cavalry recruit looks down his nose at you here.
