I began the deliverance quest back when the quests were first imped, got half way through it and never finished it, now I cant abandon it, cant continue it due to mobs refusing to interact.

Notes of Sorrow Quest not giving Qps. Artifact something also and Dark Prophet.

The Feat Points awarding quest works again.

Daily clan quests now award qps again.
