Fal Moran Patrol

The fade patrol between Fal Dara and Fal Moran has been moved to northwest of Fal Moran. Expect a few changes to room exits in that area to accommodate the changes. Be warned that the Dreadlord will now port trollocs to the new location when using "port fal moran".
