on mas.wotmad.org there was a statbot for download. The site is broken now for some reason and i can't get it :/

I was wondering if anyone here had downloaded it and still has it and was able to upload it to mediafire or something like that so i can down load it?

it was for like mushclient i think :S

is that the one that walks around and stats on either the west or east side of the eye of the north? and it mends your weapon, and doesn't attack while other players are in the same room??? it was a really good script....

and if you did write the one im talking about can you please give it to me??

ah no that one wasn't mine, I wrote one specifically for statting on ls for this mud, it would follow a specific path using string functions, once at lvl 5 would check and log the stats and if the stats were sub par would reset your lvl, take you back to the warrior prac room, reprac you and mount you on a fresh horse.

I deleted it but I did post the original on wotmad forums several years ago, do a forum search for the author fluffy, won't do you much good if you can't script using al client though.

This is what the bot did, i got this from a goole cache of the site.

Features

* Preprogrammed to walk around Eye of North killing the local fauna & flora. (this could easily be modified to walk anywhere)

* Configurable to walk either the west or east side of Eye of North.

* Very robust, handles unexpected situations well without crashing; has some defense against tampering from external sources.

* Will not attack if there is another player present in the room.

* Bot will automatically stop if you achieve your desired stats, you run out of lanterns, or you are killed.

* Will manage your lanterns for you, holding when it is night, removing when it is day, and dropping when they are burnt out.

* If you run out of moves it will rest before attempting to continue - will not lose track of its preprogrammed path.

* Will check periodically to see if your weapon is scratched, and then will mend it.

* Will highlight tells, says, yells, whispers, etc and make a beeping sound when you receive them.

* Will collect gold/copper it finds on the ground left from other statters quitting.

Bots are for tools.
