A Gray Sister returns

Walking into the warm sun wearing a gray fringed shawl, Ciarra looks serenely toward the peak of Dragonmount.
Seeing a messenger approach, she stops him.
Handing him several envelopes sealed with gray wax, Ciarra says," I want this message posted across the lands."
'A Sister of the Gray Ajah has returned home. Let it be known that Ciarra Sedai has earned the right to wear the shawl of the Gray Ajah.'
As the messanger turns to leave, Ciarra hands him four andoran crowns for his trouble.
