Joining the Ko'bal Elite

A bloodstained poster is here, made from the dried skin of countless Borderguards. Scrawled in a surprisingly neat script, it reads:
The Great Lord's elite assassins, the Ko'bal, are seeking new members. Applicants must be capable of sneaking through the shadows and slaying their victims from behind; they must also be 35 times stronger than one who has been recently spawned. Any who are interested are to contact me and only me.
