Quest Issues

when going in to clan mob room and fade rooms I used to get the message that said something like 'type quest' or something like that. But now I do not get that message and I can no longer complete quests or view quests or any of that neat stuff.
A Dim Passageway
Dim lanterns light this makeshift hallway down into the lair of the Ko'bal. A
chill in the air creeps in from a rotting wooden door set within the northern
wall, likely existing here as part of the former stronghold. Winding and
twisting, the tunnel seems to be designed by one of three things: randomness,
alcohol, or brilliant mastery of seige tactics. With the Ko'bal, it may be any
of the three.

The Ko'bal Lounge
The main center for the Ko'bal clan, this room is relaxed, casual, and even
clean by trolloc standards. There are cushions around, along with various
games of skill and chance that are used for the down-time of the Ko'bal's
members. Yet, any atmosphere of peace is broken by the assortment of weapons
and other items of war littered throughout the room. Daggers of all shapes and
sizes are stuck into almost every surface, and even the occasional sword or axe
can be seen. Priceless jewelery is carelessly left on the floor, its luster
overshadowed by the heat of the oncoming battle.

A long wide chain lies here.

A pair of gauntlets lie shimmering here.
Some armguards lie here, shimmering in the light.
A steel set of pauldrons shimmers in the light here.
A shining breastplate lies here, steel shimmering proudly.
An elaborate cloak is lying here in a heap.
A steel helmet reflecting the light has been left here.

not sure what the problem is. It says I have quests ready to turn in... but I know I have done them all today (and got credit for them) I can't even access the quest menu except for in my journal. But earlier today I could access it just by typing 'quest list' while in my clan mob room.
