and both of my mercs died due to not being able to flee. we had been on that smob for a couple of tics, no way they were hagg unless that smob saps moves.

and the 1.merc wouldn't rescue 2.merc. peer. smobbing is sucking ass today.

No, it is possible they were still hagged. Try getting them to tell you their stats when that happens.

The mobs have a set number of moves(thats why you need to make them ride horses), and they will continue to move even when they have negative moves. They can get into -100's. The only time they won't move once they are in this condition is if you order them to flee.

I had this same issue a few months back when i was smobbing all the time. So yeah, it is a bug, but the bug isn't the flee. The bug is them being able to go that far into the negative on their moves.
